Cancellation policy

All reservations for accommodations, workshops, transportation, etc. must be made well in advance in order to be offered. Since these are special dates at the destination of our trip, the cancellation policies for accommodations, activities, and visits are strict. Therefore, to provide and guarantee the best possible service to our travelers, we need a strict cancellation policy regarding dates.

All prices in all trips include a non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the price will be refundable depending on the timing of the cancellation.

All accommodations, workshops, transportation, etc., have been booked well in advance to secure availability. For this reason, and to ensure the highest quality experience for our travelers, we must maintain a strict cancellation policy.

All prices include a €800 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is refundable according to the cancellation date:

  • If you cancel before September 15th, 2025 - 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit)

  • If canceled between September 16th and November 15th, 2025 – 20% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit)

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after November 15th, 2025.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending and you are unable to cancel, you may transfer your spot to another traveler. We have no issue with a replacement, but please be aware that last-minute changes may incur a fee for name adjustments on bookings. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for selling your spot, as we will be fully immersed in the trip’s final production stages, and we are a very small team.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible. However, some third-party services included in this trip (such as accommodations, transportation, special bookings, and entrance tickets) may be non-refundable or subject to stricter cancellation terms according to the local providers we work with. In case of discrepancies, the official cancellation conditions of our travel agency partner will apply, and we will do our best to mediate and support you throughout the process.
