Terms & Conditions - ROADTRIP, ETC.

GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS:

Book here. You can choose to pay for your trip in a single payment or opt for the split payment option (2 or 3 monthly payments). Payments can be made with credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal and only via our website.
These are the general conditions of Roadtrip, ETC, but please check the specific terms for your trip in its brochure for detailed information.

Other Terms & Conditions:

  1. If the minimum number of people is not reached, there may be a price adjustment or cancellation of the trip. In either case, we will inform the client at least 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date. In the case of a cancellation of the trip, the full amount paid will be reimbursed.

  2. In the event of a decrease in the number of travelers, some activities may need to be modified or replaced with others of the same quality.

  • Early Bird (€4500):
    Available from the start of sales until the first 2 spots have been sold.

    If you choose the installment plan:
    First payment: €2000, due upon booking
    Second payment: €2500 due 30 days after the first payment or June 4th. Whichever comes first.

    If you choose the one-time payment:
    Payment of €4500, due upon booking.

    First Release (€4900):
    Available from the moment the first 2 spots have been sold until the first 4 spots have been sold.

    If you choose the installment plan:
    First payment: €2300, due upon booking
    Second payment: €2600  due 30 days after the first payment or June 4th. Whichever comes first.

    If you choose the one-time payment:
    Payment of €4900, due upon booking.

    Full Price (€5100):
    Available from the moment the first 4 spots have been sold until they are sold out.

    If you choose the installment plan:
    First payment: €2500, due upon booking
    Second payment: €2600 due 30 days after the first payment or June 4th. whichever comes first.

    If you choose the one-time payment:
    Payment of €5100, due upon booking.

    Room type

    All prices are based on shared room accommodation.
    If you prefer a single room, a €900 supplement will apply upon availability. Please let us know ASAP to increase the chances of finding single room acommodation.

    After completing the transaction, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking.

    A minimum of 6 travelers is required for this trip to proceed.

    If the minimum number is not met, either a price adjustment or trip cancellation may occur. In both cases, we will inform you on May 25th.

    Please note that if the group size decreases, certain activities may need to be modified or replaced with others of similar quality.

    Available from the start of sales until the first 3 spots have been sold.

    You’ll make an initial pre-reservation payment of €100 through our website.

    Within 72 hours, Mundo Amigo (our trusted travel agency partner) will contact you by email to complete your purchase.

    • If you choose the installment plan:

      • First payment: €2500, due upon contact

      • Second payment: €2600, due 30 days later

      • Final payment: €2600, due 30 days after the second payment

    • If you choose the one-time payment:

      • Payment of €7700 (total minus the €100 pre-reservation), due upon contact

    First Release (€8100):

    Available until September 30th, 2026.

    You’ll make an initial pre-reservation payment of €100 through our website.

    Within 72 hours, Mundo Amigo will contact you by email to complete your purchase.

    • If you choose the installment plan:

      • First payment: €2600, due upon contact

      • Second payment: €2700, due 30 days later

      • Final payment: €2700, due 30 days after the second payment

    • If you choose the one-time payment:

      • Payment of €8000, due upon contact

    Full Price (€8700):

    Available from October 1st, to December, 31st.

    You’ll make an initial pre-reservation payment of €100 through our website.

    Within 72 hours, Mundo Amigo will contact you by email to complete your purchase.

    • If you choose the installment plan:

      • First payment: €2800, due upon contact

      • Second payment: €2900, due 30 days later

      • Final payment: €2900, due 30 days after the second payment

    • If you choose the one-time payment:

      • Payment of €8600, due upon contact

    Room type

    All prices are based on shared room accommodation.
    If you prefer a single room, a €2000 supplement will apply.

    Accommodation is based on shared double occupancy.
    Participants selecting the shared accommodation option will be paired with another traveler whenever possible. If, for any reason, a suitable roommate cannot be assigned, the participant will be required to pay the applicable single occupancy supplement.

    Single occupancy supplement: +€2,000

    After completing the transaction, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking.

    The service agreement for this trip is signed with Mundo Amigo, our official travel agency partner. While the creative concept, itinerary design, and overall travel experience are curated and led by Roadtrip, ETC, all logistical services (including hotel bookings, transportation, and local arrangements) are managed and contracted by Mundo Amigo.

    A minimum of 10 travelers is required for this trip to proceed.

    If the minimum number is not met, either a price adjustment or trip cancellation may occur. In both cases, we will inform you at least 60 days before the scheduled departure date.
